Services

Two practices, one set of numbers you can trust

Core accounting and advisory keeps your reporting accurate. Automation keeps it that way without adding headcount.

Finance
FS

Financial statements preparation

Balance sheet, P&L and cash flow statement prepared from your ledger, with a clean month-end close behind them.

CF

Cash flow projection

13-week and 12-month cash forecasts so you see shortfalls and funding needs before they arrive.

FM

Financial modelling

Three-statement, budget and scenario models for planning, fundraising and pricing decisions. FP&A process optimization included.

CO

Consolidation of financial data

Multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and ongoing oversight of data quality.

AI automation pipeline

How a document becomes a reconciled ledger entry

Every invoice, receipt and payout follows the same path. AI does the reading and checking; a person approves the exceptions.

01 · CAPTURE

Collect documents

Invoices, receipts and statements arrive by email, upload or webhook.

  • Email inbox
  • Stripe
  • CRM
02 · EXTRACT

AI agent reads

Vendor, dates, totals, tax and every line item are recognized.

  • OCR
  • LLM
03 · VALIDATE

Rules check

Totals, tax, duplicates and vendor matching are verified automatically.

  • Rules
  • Duplicates
04 · REVIEW

Human approval

Only flagged exceptions go to a person to approve or correct.

  • Exceptions
05 · POST

Post to ledger

Approved entries are posted with the right accounts and classes.

  • QuickBooks
  • ERP
06 · RECONCILE

Reconcile & report

Bank and GL are matched and variances flagged before month-end.

Data security

Your financial records stay confidential

Automation only helps if your data is handled carefully. These rules apply to every engagement.

No model training

Client ledgers, invoices and bank statements are processed through private API endpoints and are never used to train public AI models.

Human review

AI agents extract, validate and stage records. Ledger postings, reconciliations and payment approvals are always checked by a person.

Scoped access

Integrations use restricted OAuth permissions and scoped API tokens with audit logs. No sharing of master passwords.

How we work

From first call to a self-running close

Week 0

Discovery call

We review your current books, tools and reporting needs, and agree on scope.

Week 1

Audit & plan

Ledger review, data-flow mapping and a fixed-scope proposal with clear deliverables.

Weeks 2–4

Build & clean up

Statements, models or automations are built, tested on your real data and documented.

Ongoing

Close & support

Monthly close, reporting and monitoring of the workflows, with adjustments as you grow.
