- Booking information. Calls are scheduled through Calendly, which processes your booking under its own privacy policy.
- Client financial data shared during an engagement, such as ledgers, invoices, bank statements and system access.
- Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider for security and performance.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and schedule calls.
- To deliver the services agreed in an engagement.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client financial data to train public AI models.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to run the business and deliver our work (for example email, scheduling, hosting and the accounting or automation tools a client has approved), or when required by law.
Security and retention
We use access controls, scoped permissions and encrypted services to protect your data. We keep client records for as long as the engagement requires and as long as the law requires afterwards, and then delete or return them.
