Engagements

Services are provided only under a separate written agreement, statement of work or platform contract (such as Upwork) that sets out scope, fees, deliverables and timelines. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and records they provide, and for final business, tax and filing decisions based on our work.

Confidentiality

We keep client information confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Website content and branding belong to Flow Finance and Accounting LLC. Ownership of deliverables created for a client is set out in that client's engagement agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability for client work is limited as set out in the engagement agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
